Position Description:
The volunteer will help a PhD student collect vocal and behavioural data on diana monkeys of Taï National park, Côte d'Ivoire. Field work includes involvement in playback experiments on habituated groups as well as opportunistic recordings.
Qualifications/Experience:
Required:
an ability to work in remote and difficult conditions
a sense of commitment and good scientific background
a strong motivation and mind-openness to accept cultural differences
Prefered:
previous fieldwork experience in a non-western country
conversational level of French language
